Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal through our payment provider Mollie. For every payment you receive an e-invoice: a PDF in ZUGFeRD format that your accounting software can import directly, plus an XRechnung file to download in the customer area.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans at the end of the current month, yearly plans at the end of the year. You cancel yourself in the customer area.
What happens without ownership proof?
Then we only check passively what is publicly visible. Port checks and OpenVAS start once you have proven ownership of your domain with a DNS record.
Are web app, cloud and identity checks included?
These modules are in progress. Existing customers get them at a preferential price once they are available.
